  4. Order Tracking:

     • Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor shipment progress.

  5. Undelivered Orders:

     • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

     • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
       • Unused and in their original packaging.
       • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
     • Certain items such as opened skincare products, personal hygiene products, or sale items are not eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.

  2. Return Process:

     • Customers must initiate a return request by contacting our customer service team at info@skinsouq.ae or via WhatsApp.
     • Once approved, the product must be shipped to the return address provided by SkinSouq.ae. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  3. Refund Policy:

     • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
     • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
     • In case of cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

     • If a product is delivered in damaged condition or an incorrect item is received, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
     • SkinSouq.ae will arrange for replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.
