     • Orders above AED 100 qualify for free standard shipping within the UAE.

  4. Order Tracking:

     • Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor shipment progress.

  5. Undelivered Orders:

     • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

  Return

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

     • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
