  4. Order Tracking:

  5. Undelivered Orders:

     • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

  Return

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

     • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
       • Unused and in their original packaging.
       • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
     • Certain items such as opened skincare products, personal hygiene products, or sale items are not eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.
